Right to submit an application for the preparation of a doctoral dissertation, according to article 92 of Law 4957/2022, as amended by article 28 of Law 5029/10-03-2023:

1. Holders of a Master’s Degree (Msc, MA, MPhil) of a domestic or foreign university.
2. Graduates of an undergraduate study program, with a minimum duration of five years, corresponding to three hundred (300) credits of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), if there is a relevant provision in the Doctoral Studies Regulations of their Department. The Regulations may also regulate specific issues regarding the conditions for submitting an application for enrollment in a doctoral study program and the evaluation of candidates who do not hold a master’s degree.
